Apply in the evening to your whole body, or as a spot treatment on areas that need more love — chest, shoulders, back, bikini line, underarms, you name it.
Allow to absorb and follow with your fave moisturizer or cream.

Start off using 2-3 times per week and work up from there until you reach nightly use.
