Power Charge Milk Soak

- 3-5 oranges cut into halves or slices
- 1-2 handfuls of rose petals
- 1 cucumber cut into slices
- 16 oz of coconut milk
Recharge Soak
Big Mood Vibe: Anti Stress, soothing vibes, because you kicked ass this week. Kids-free time (whether it's fur babies or human babies), self-love
Calms, softens, rejuvenates
- 2 - 3 bunches of lavender leaves
- 16 oz of coconut milk
- 2 - 3 bunches of chamomile flowers
Deep Cleanse Soak
Big Mood Vibe: Fresh start, all the feels, intense body cleanse
Calms, clears, strengthens
- 2 - 3 bunches of lavender
- 2 - 3 bunches of mint
- 2 - 3 bunches of chamomile flowers
If you're shaving, be sure to soak for 10 minutes to soften your hair and, for any sensitive bits, follow up with a toner to help keep skin moisturized, exfoliated, and ingrown-free.
Finish each soak with a moisturizing body oil or lotion. Be sure to treat your face to some toner, serum, and lotion for a post-bath glow to complement your BIG MOOD.
